About the Speaker
Jason Abbott, VP Business Development, Cocoon Branding
Jason is VP, Business Development at Cocoon Branding, where he has helped grow the business and brand with clients such as Scotiabank, Maxim Truck & Trailer, Grant's Scotch Whisky, and Curve 94.3. Early in his career with Cocoon, Jason recognized an untapped business opportunity, and launched the Toban Experience - an adventure tourism company that lets backpackers explore Manitoba's cottage country. Additionally, Jason is one of the partners behind Oi Furniture, a new company committed to producing eco-friendly, adaptable furniture.
Outside of the office, Jason devotes his free time to volunteering in the marketing community as the President of CMA Manitoba, and as a Director on the board for Hosteling International. With years of experience playing hockey, Jason has also volunteered as a coach, previously for Miles Mac high school, and the Major Junior Twins team.
