About the Speaker
Nussar Ahmad
Nussar Ahmad is the founder and CEO of Addictive Tech Corp. currently; he oversees product development, strategy, and overall management duties. His official entrepreneurial career began in print media at the age of 21 as a York University student. At that time he was able to secure sponsorship from Pepsi Canada to publish a print & Online calendar for college and university students in 2000. Nussar started his next venture Addictive Mobility, after working at two wireless start-ups Diversinet Corp (www.diversinet.com) and ooober.com (www.ooober.com). This provided him with a strong understanding in the emerging IT wireless sectors. He also holds title of Publisher for National Campus Connect, producing an advertising-rich print and online publication CX (www.campusx.ca) which is distributed nationally across Canada. Nussar considers himself a technologist at heart, and is always on the quest for creating the most compeling mobile experiences the world has ever seen.
