Full Morning Session John Torella, author of a new book, re/Think retail branding, will reveal the eight-step branding process that has helped make him a world-class marketer. This morning presentation will focus on the concept of brands as assets, tangible and intangible, financial and customer assets. The objective will be to identify the art and science of branding as one of the senior management's top priorities. Join us Thursday October 23rd for breakfast, and a full morning presentation. About John Torella
John Torella is Senior Partner at J.C. Williams Group, a full-service global retail and marketing consulting firm. J.C. Williams Group focuses solely on the world of retail, because they know that to be experts at what they do they must focus on it 100%. John has a long career that includes Marketing and Communications Manager for T. Eaton Co., President of Retail for Vickers and Benson, and GM of Retail for Grey Advertising. He is a regular speaker and has written four books on retail strategy, success and branding. Some clients John has consulted to include: LCBO, Blacks Photography, Lands' End, Sherway Gardens Shopping Centre, Birks, Sobeys Inc., Royal Doulton, Sporting Life, Visa, Harry Rosen, The Laura Shoppe Group, Aldo Stores, Indian Motorcycle, Pharmasave, Holt Renfrew, and The Body Shop. He was also recently awarded the Canadian Marketing Association Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in the retail industry.

John is an excellent presenter. I was fortunate to see him deliver a similar session last year at the CMA National convention. If your interested in brand development/evolution this is a must see presentation.
